EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT THE RAJYOGA MEDITATION

 Developing emotional intelligence and emotional quotient is a part of raj yoga meditation


We have heard about IQ and you might have  struggled or struggling to increase the IQ of yourself or the IQ of your children.
But all the meditation techniques along with rajyoga meditation targets mainly on emotional intelligence and to increase emotional quotient.
Specially in today's life more than IQ we have to concentrate on increasing the emotional intelligence of our kids.
Emotional intelligence  makes them to lead a happy life.

More the emotional intelligent more happier the person will be.
What is emotion?
Emotion is a disturbance,when there is a disturbance in the energy of our consciousness we call it as emotion.
When we are subjected to emotional disturbance a harmone called  adrenaline is released in the body.
Adrenaline is that harmone which when secreted in high quantity races the heart beat and blood pressure which boost the energy in the body.
Because of this the  body gets habituated to this harmone and likes to have more and more adrenaline .
WHEN IS THE EMOTIONAL DISTURBANCE  CAUSED AND WHO IS THE CREATOR:
Emotional disturbance is created when  we are subjected to a continuous external stimulant of same kind./////////////////
For example
If you are engrossed in watching a  series of  cricket match or a football match and flow along with the ups and downs of the match , ups and downs are also created in the state of your mind therefore your pure  energy of  consciousness will get disturbed and this results in the  release of adrenaline harmone.
Your mind and body gets addicted to this harmone released due to  disturbance and wishes to have more and more.
Then you will keep looking for that type of stimulant and searches for the same type of disturbances  not only in the matches but also in the daily life situations.
When we get the situations with same frequency automatically we create the emotions.
But we develop a strong belief system  in us that outer situations and the  people with whom we interact creates our emotions.
But the truth we have to understand is that we are the creators of these emotions.

LIFE IS A GAME
 we can also be detatched while  watching a match by developing an idea that it is a game.

In the same way develop an idea that life is also a game and practice being detatched from the ups and downs in your life.
Being detached means not running away from the situation but moving closer to the situation and crossing it successfully with out being getting affected with energy of the situation.
We can very easily stay stable with out going along with the ups and downs of the game.
So that we tackle the situation very easily with a peace of mind.
This can be practiced and we can develop mastery on this.
EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT PERSON
Therefore an emotionally intelligent person is that person who is not very easily affected with the ups and downs in the game of the life.We can say these persons have more emotional quotient.

Remember that an emotion is a disturbance and it will be always a negative one.
IN OUR DAILY LIFE
If you check your everyday life you create lot of emotions like anger , tension ,anxiety ,fear,irritation,f frustration , depression etc all these emotions are created by us and we search for the situations to create all the above because on the line some where we have become addicted to these emotions.
USES OF BEING DETACHED AND BEING EMOTIONALL INTELLIGENT:
If you control the emotions you will feel what you want to feel.
If you care any one who is crying you will not cry along with him but immediately tries  to relieve the person from pain.This happens only when you are emotionally intelligent.
A emotionally intelligent person develops mastery over the feelings and choose the right one at the right time.


So inorder to be protected from the ups and downs of the life game it is very important for us to develop emotional quotient and be more intelligent emotionally you can achieve this with any mediation technique like RAJYOGA meditation.

Make your kids practice mathematics, physics, geography and also make them to practice being emotionally strong so as to increase EQ the emotional quotient along with IQ the intelligent quotient.
