Every thought you creat shows its effect first on how you feel ,then the thought energy radiates to every cell of your body showing its effect on your health ,then the energy radiates towards the the person for whom the thought was created ,lastly energy radiates in to the atmosphere and gets accumulated in the universal mind.

Balanced diet plays an important role in the physical health.
ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH
Then what about the mental health.
You also notice that the people around you are different in terms of their mental healths ,you will find that some people are positive minded and some people are negative minded.why?
DIET OF THE MIND
Just like we feed the body ,we also feed our mind every moment , we do this automatically.
The positive diet to the mind makes one think positively and the negative diet to the mind makes one think negatively.
What is this diet to the mind
This diet is nothing but the information which you give to the mind at every step of your life.
Mind's duty is only to creat the thought.mind creats these thoughts from information which is stagnated in the memory.
SOURCE OF THE THOUGHTS
The source of the thought is the information which you feed to the mind.
The information which you gather every second by reading,watching,listening will become the source of your thoughts in the next second.
QUALITY OF INFORMATION AND DESTINY
The quality of your thoughts depends upon the quality of the information which you are feeding the mind by reading or listening or watching .
The quality of the thoughts shows effect on the quality of your attitude,
The quality of your attitude effects on the quality of your perception
The quality of your perception effects on the quality of karma (the work ) you perform.
The quality of the work you perform decides the quality of your destiny.
So your destiny depends on the thought you creat.
That means your destiny depends on the information you supply to the mind.
EFFECT OF INTERNET
Whatsapp ,facebook, internet ,innumerable number of channels on the television and print media are the main sources which are supplying infinite bytes of information daily to our mind.our mind became victim to these messengers.
If you watch a video which is almost disturbing , immediately you will delete it from your device.
But you can't delete it from your mind.
it has been registered on your mind and becomes a part of your thoughts.
The perception of a single person who writes about something disturbing soon becomes viral on social messengers and becomes the perception of crores of people.The chaotic conditions already existing becomes more chaotic .
If you want to become strong emotionally .
If you want to improve the power of your mind ,you have to be careful about the diet which you are supplying to your Mind.
CHOOSING THE PROPER DIET
For example if some eatables are kept in front of you and asked to choose one ,on what basis you will choose.
You choose the food which is good for your body.
In the same way be careful before choosing and supplying the information to the mind.
In today's life you can't be away from news paper or television or internet but atleast we can reduce the usage of them,this may help you to some extent.
The information which you supply to the mind during morning hours will be strongly registered in the mind.
A SMALL EXPERIMENT
do the following small experiment for about 2 or 3 months continuously.
Shift the checking of the news on paper or on television to the evening instead of morning.
In the morning hours do not check the facebook status ,shift it to the later hours of the day.
Do the same thing with the whatsapp also.
Use the same google search engine to find some relaxing music or mantra and start the day peacefully .
This may help you from the negative thoughts.
