Past makes us learn many things , because of the past experiences we have to becom actually in to a better person but many times our past makes us into a bitter person.We get emotionally disturbed or hurt because of bad experiences in the past.We need emotional healing when we get hurt.
WHY THE PAST MAKES YOU BITTER PERSON
Why this is happening, because we always carry the pain which was created in the past instead of letting go it .if you do not let go the past pain
the anger created in us will not allow us to love the present momment.
We becomes a bitter person.

it can be about the recent past incident or about the incident which has occured number of years ago.
CREATING PAIN AGAIN AND AGAIN
Actually thoughts writes our destiny ,the number of past thoughts which are full of pain definitely again writes a painful situation in the future too.That means we are creating the pain again and again.
The fault was someone's , they may have been behaved rudely towards you,they may have used some filthy words against you.
All the mess was created by someone else but you are facing the lose.
You are loosing a lot because you have not allowed the past to let go.
HOW TO LET GO THE PAST AND HEAL EMOTIONAL WOUNDS
To heal the emotional woundsyou have to observe the commentary of the past going on in the mind ,
immediately you have to put a full stop to that commentary.
Forcibly you have to put the full stop.
HOW TO WORK ON THIS
You have to work on this for some days .Say stop to the thoughts again and again go on saying stop to the thoughts.
MIND IS LIKE A KID
Your mind is like a kid it will not listen to you at the first word you have to fall behind itYou have to say the mind with soothing and loving words.
Definitely it will listen to you it will learn like a kid.
DIVERT THE THOUGHTS
If the above technique does not workjust divert your thoughts towards some positive lectures.
Try to read some good books.
If you are unable to stop them at a time atleast try to reduce their number.

The thoughts of the past hurt are automated
they goes on with out your interpretation you have become addicted to thinking about the past hurt.
But now when you say the mind,let it go means you are creating a new thought consciously
when an automated thought can rule you why not a conscious thought fixes in the mind.
VISUALISATION- AN EMOTIONAL HEALING TECHNIQUE
Literally visualise that,your past memory
your past hurt
are going out of your mind
visualise like some black energy is going out of your head.
And also visualise that the past memory is also moving out of the sub conscious Mind.
Visualise that some eternal energy coming from the outer space is entering in to your
Mind and cleaning every thing which is related to the past painful memory.
HOW TO PRACTICE THIS TECHNIQUE
This technique should be practised daily in the morning very consciously.Also practise this technique at the time when you get the thought of past hurt.
Some memories are very powerful,so we have to work very much consciously and we have to let go those thoughts.
CREATING NEW GROOVES
If you work very consciously in letting go the past memories , you are creating the new grooves in the Mind parallel to the groove in which all your thoughts of hurt are runningSlowly it deepens the groove in which thoughts of letting go are running, slowly the old groove will be completely diminished.
TIME IS NOT THE HEALER
People generally thinks that as time passes on every thing settles downPeople think that the time is the best healer
time alone can make you settle back to your normal state.
but that is wrong
If you gets hurt in a very big matter , of course the time makes you forget about the pain but when you faces the similar type of situation or when you listen to the similar tye of situation ,the pain which you have not allowed to let it go and which is present in the deep sub consciousness levels will come back again.
So Don't depend on the time alone,emotional healing is not possible with the time alone.
Just work on your thoughts very consciously and let the past memory or pain go out.
The pain in the mind effects on the body in the form of disease.so you have to let go the pain , the memory for your health.
This will make you mentally and physically fit.
