If you condemn the behaviour of other people there you are building wall of separation .
You don't have any chance of expressing your view.
Even then you try to change the people and develop bundles of stress.

Then you will be in parallel way and can easily pass on your expressions or views with others then with mutual understanding you can pave the path towards the success.
