We express anger in number of situations in our daily life we will be subjected to anger almost in an automated way .

Every body sets an image in the mind according to that image people set some parameters about the things that going to happen to them,about the behaviour of the people with them ,about the situations which come across in the life..

The image set in the mind will be fully loaded with perfectly written script for the forth coming scene and it will be written according to their definition of wright.

Every hour take out a minute and check the state of mind.Check and acknowledge any small patches of irritations.clean them away immediately.Because anger generates out of the small packages of irritations.
