If you don not stop and check your mental status, you will not know where you are heading.

We generally believe that more pressure more stress .

In an office if boss scolds the employees then the pressure on the employees will be equal whereas the stress factor of the employees will be different.
Some holds the stress for one hour,some holds the stress for even 10 days some may not take it to the heart.
So the high inner power plays a big role in decreasing the stress which is entirely in your control.
Forget about the situation which causes you the tension do not focus on the situation do not focus on the people who you tensed.
Do not try to change the situation,do not try to change the people every thing settles down within no time.
Just focus on the inner power and focus on the work you have to do.
