We develop number of belief systems in our life journey and these belief systems covers and hides the actual core of the being.
Human being's core actually do not get corrupted, it is pure.
The belief systems that we develop through out our life journey deposits as layers on the pure core of the being.
SOME BELIEF SYSTEMS
HOW DO WE DEVELOP BELIEF SYSTEMS.
We get these belief systems from our family ,religion ,culture,nationality,society.
We just accept these belief systems with out investigating them.
HOW WE BECOME A PART OF IT.
once when we accept these belief systems,thoughts in different situations in the life are created according to our belief systems Belief system is responsible for the creation of thoughts . the thoughts make the sanskaars (habits) ,sanskaars creats the belief system again .
This is a cycle ,in this way we get stuck in to the viscous circle of the belief system .
HOW CAN WE COME OUT OF IT.
If you want to come out of this viscous cycle ,you have to break the cycle.
It will be an interesting game.
Just go on changing the belief systems which are creating negative emotions in you
WHY SHOULD WE COME OUT OF THESE ACQUIRED BELIEF SYSTEMS.
Let us take the belief system anger is necessary to get works done .
If you are shouting at people with anger in order to make them to work, that means if you stick to the belief system anger is needed to get works done,then your thoughts will be in that way and so will be the behaviour.
This creats intense negative energy in you.
Because of this negative energy harmones like adrenaline ,cortisol are released in the body .
These harmones show very bad impact on the physical health.
You may get your work done but your health will be damaged ,you will remain with hyper tension.
Today lot of people are taking medicines for hypertension .
These medicines will give relief for the physical body for some time and the problem repeats again because we are not medicating the root cause.
The root cause for almost all diseases we are acquiring today is our belief systems which says anger and stress are necessary.
So we have to work to change our belief systems.
HOW TO MEDITATE TO CHANGE THE BELIEF SYSTEM
Daily in the morning sit back leisurely and say to your mind that

the person's personality must actually be the pure core but now the personalities are changed depending on the belief systems acquired by the person in his life.

Iam not interested to give a name to this core ,but the people generally name this core as atma , light,spirit energy or consciousness.SOME BELIEF SYSTEMS
- Anger is necessary to get works done .
- Stress in the work is necessary to get success.
- Worrying about the future and health of the kids is taking care towards them.

After changing the belief system , when you come across a similar type of situation you will observe that the thought pattern and the behaviour will automatically change.Keep on checking the belief systems whole day .

- My core is actually full of peace and happiness .
- When ever I come across a tough situation or an irritating situation i will remember that my core is full of peace and happiness.
- My every thought,word and action comes from this original core which is peace.
- There could be chaos ,disturbance or turmoil outside but I will be peaceful and untouched with the outside disturbance.
- Through out the day I will check the belief systems working on me and I will replace every belief system with the natural quality of being which is peace and happiness.
- I will remember through out the day that peace and happiness are not caused but they are choosed from my true core.
