The meditation process helps us to heal the pain which we are carrying as a baggage from number of years all along the past.
Meditation helps to heal the pain which has been created by anger , stress and other negative emotions in the past.

Now a days "Iam doing meditation" has became more like a fashion statement.
this created a little bit of confusion in the people about concept and technique of meditation.
People are confused to select the right way of doing meditation.
The best way to check for yourself whether the meditation technique you are following is right or wrong is
just check whether you are getting healed or not.
HOW TO CHECK
Do not get confused while checking yourself.
Do not trust in the Little bit of changes like,
Little bit of decrease in the anger ,
little bit of decrease in the negative thoughts
These are not the actual fruits of meditation.
While checking,
Do not become detach from the people ,do not become detach from the work and say iam not getting angry and meditation technique is working.
Actual achievement is not getting angry and not getting stressed while being in the interaction with people.
ACTUAL RESULT OF MEDITATION
In the actual result of meditation we can see the complete and proper transformation in the individual.
observe that it is not a temporary change .
If it is a temporary change the negative emotions will return back more vigorously after some days.
So meditation brings a proper and permanent transformation in you.
There will be complete change in the attitude.
If the meditation technique employed is the right one, the pain carrying inside will be completely wiped out.

Among the all techniques of meditation available for us ,VIPASANA and RAJYOGA meditation techniques are the most effective and beautiful ways of doing the meditation .

RAJYOGA MEDITATION
Let me first explain what does RAJYOGA actually means
Yog means connection,rajyog means connection with the higher power ,you can imagine higher power as god or some eternal energy in the universe.
RAJYOG means highest state of connection with the supreme power.
RULING OVER THE SELF
Yog also means the state,Rajya means ruling ,it is also called RAJYOG because it helps in ruling over the self.
Ruling over the self means becoming the master, mastery over your mind, mastery over yourself.
When once you develop mastery over yourself.
You will take a gap and choose the perfect response for every stimulus instead of responding automatically depending on the old belief systems.
Then...
You will not submit the following complaints...
My mind is not in my control
I can't control my Anger.
Iam irritated because of him
That situation made me unhappy.
You will not be slave any more for emotions transfered by the people or situations.
RAJYOGA meditation is basically a lifestyle.
It is a lifestyle of positivity .
It is a life style in which you maintain the state irrespective of the situation .
RIGHT AGE FOR LEARNING MEDITATION
In todays life every stage of life is filled with lot of challenges.
Not only elders but also school going children are facing number of challenges now.
So the pain is being induced right at the school going stage in our lives
So the school going age is the best age to learn meditation.
We can mould a soft mind very easily than a mind which has got a fixed mind set on a particular concept.
So the best stage of introducing the meditation technique is the childhood.
If we make the kids learn the technique of chanelising their thoughts in a proper way ,their emotional intelligence will develop and will help the kids in their future to lead a happy life with out getting disturbed in their life situations.
